At Holistic Staples, all of our products are handcrafted in small batches with great care and attention to quality. Due to the nature of our skincare and wellness products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened products. We also cannot accept returns due to general dissatisfaction or change of mind, as our products are personal-use items.
Allergy Disclaimer:
Our products are formulated with natural, high-quality ingredients. However, skin sensitivities and allergies can vary from person to person. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. Discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.
Holistic Staples is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. As our products are personal-use items, returns or refunds cannot be accepted in these cases.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged.
