Ingredients: Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Seed Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil infused with Arnica Montana Flower, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Flower Oil.
Directions For Use: Massage onto clean, damp/dry skin to hydrate, improve elasticity, and reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks. Ideal for lymphatic massage. Gentle enough for pregnancy and a growing belly. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.

This body oil is GREAT!
Im an avid user of the well known brand bio-oil, but switched to this because of its organic natural ingredients. Plus it has arnica!! Which helps relax my muscles and soreness. I love how this oil is in a pump bottle instead of it pouring out like bio-oil does also the consistency is a tiny bit thicker so it doesnt run down your arm /leg, and make a mess! I also noticed its more absorbent compared to bio-oil which is great for me because I apply it while laying in my bed, and it doesnt rub all off on my sheets once im done apply it actually soaks in my skin.
